E-40 is 1 of the greatest if not the best. He is more consistant then any rapper (pick 1) No gimics b4 he drop his album he got his own words he can rap fast n slow he make music for clubs, reality, women, buisness man, hustlers, players, fun music, and I dont think he use a stadegy he just give his fans what they want every single time Oh yea and the click come so hard I wont be surprise if they drop 1 this year
