Billboard reveals the official first week numbers for Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV provided by Nielsen Soundscan. With 964,000 copies sold, C4 will go straight to #1 on the charts. It is the highest selling hip-hop album since Tha Carter III. An incredible achievement.
