Big Boi Announces New Album ‘Boomiverse’ And Twin Singles ‘Mic Jack’ & ‘Kill Jill’

Big Boi has been cooking up new music in the studio for a while now. Today, the Outkast member has made the official announcement of his forthcoming third studio album called Boomiverse.

After teasing a new album for past couple of days, Big Boi has shared the title of his new album, the follow up to the very underrated 2012 effort Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors. It will be released via a new label deal with Epic Records. Along with announcing the album, Big Boi has also revealed the titles of the twin singles he’s dropping Thursday, April 20th.

‘Kill Jill’ featuring Jeezy and Killer Mike will be out Thursday night while ‘Mic Jack’ with Maroon 5 leader Adam Levine will premiere on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show Thursday morning at 9:30 am PST. We’re ready.
