Here Are The First Week Sales Projections For Future & Young Thug’s ‘Super Slimey’ Album

UPDATE (Oct. 24): The projections have been updated with almost a 20% drop. They now stand at 75-85k SPS and just 12-14k in pure sales.

Previous Story (Oct. 22):

Future and Young Thug dropped their surprise album Super Slimey out of no where on Thursday night, sending their fans into a frenzy. The project between the two similar sounding artists from Atlanta was rumored to be in the making but not many had hoped that it will actually come out before the end of 2017.

The reaction to the 13 song album featuring just one guest appearance in Offset, has been pretty positive and that is reflecting in the sales projections for first week as well. HDD reports that Super Slimey is on course to move 85-110k copies in the first week with 20-30k out of that coming through pure sales.

Unfortunately, these high numbers will not be enough for the duo to hit the top spot on Billboard 200 next week. One Direction singer Niall Horan’s debut album Flicker is looking set at 150-160k and a number 1 position pretty much sealed.
