By his own standards, Drake has been a quiet man since the release of More Life as promised. It seems this dry period is 100% intentional and aims to build the hunger for his next release sometime in 2018.
Drake has now graced the cover of The Hollywood Reporter. Unfortunately for Drake fans, they won’t find many updates on the music side of things in the cover story. In fact, it’s revealed that he plans to take another 6-12 months off of music to pursue acting.
He talks bidding on a first edition of the first Harry Potter book which is currently worth $160,000, the next season of Top Boy which has just been announced as a Netflix exclusive for 2019, being typecasted, an upcoming untitled TV series he’ll be a part of, Apple giving him the go to produce whatever he chooses and more.
