Eminem is back in the mix as he preps the release of his new album Revival. The superstar rapper has been very tight lipped about details surrounding the album but we know it’s coming soon.
Em debuted the first single ‘Walk On Water‘ featuring Beyonce earlier this month which has got a mixed reaction online. Fans were still waiting for the release date for the album but all Em did was make an appearance on DJ Whoo Kid’s show on Shade 45 to joke about the album and other things. He did reveal though that Rick Rubin will be executive producing the album while Dr. Dre has mixed a few songs on it.
Tonight, Eminem made his much awaited appearance on Saturday Night Live for a live performance with Chance The Rapper hosting the episode. His last appearance was in November 2013 for an episode hosted by Kerry Washington when the rapper entertained the audience with his songs ‘Survival’ and ‘Bezerk’.
For his initial showing tonight, Shady combined forces with regular collaborator Skylar Grey for ‘Walk on Water’. Skylar co-wrote and co-produced the song with Rick Rubin. The two continued the set with a medley of Em’s classic hits ‘Stan’ and ‘Love The Way You Lie’. Watch it below.
