KXNG Crooked Announces Departure From Slaughterhouse

KXNG Crooked aka Crooked I is quite active on social media where he shares his knowledge and engages with fans on interesting topics. He used the same platform yesterday to make an important announcement: he’s no longer a part of Slaughterhouse.

Crooked took to his Instagram to tells fans that he has departed from the collective which also comprises Joe Budden, Royce 5’9″ and Joell Ortiz. He made it clear that there were no hard feelings between them but because the group is not active anymore, he doesn’t want to get stuck with the movement as he likes to still rap. Joe Budden has already announced that he has retired from rap and is focused on building his media career. Watch Crooked’s PSA below.

The Long Beach, California rapper also made it a point to send love to Eminem and the Shady team. And you can tell that they are still cool, as Crooked was seen hanging out with Eminem and 50 Cent just last weekend at the Coachella festival. The last time we heard about the new Slaughterhouse album Glass House was in August when Royce mentioned that the Just Blaze, !llmind, Cardiak, araabMUZIK and J.U.S.T.I.C.E League-produced project exists and will probably come out when everyone’s ready.
