If Kanye’s open support for Donald Trump after his win wasn’t enough, the rapper attracted a lot of negative comments from fans yesterday when he took a meeting with the President-elect at the Trump Tower in NYC.
He later explained that he met Trump to discuss “multicultural issues including bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculums, and violence in Chicago.” Earlier today, he shared a photo of Trump’s signed copy of Time Magazine’s “Person of The Year” issue.

But one of Kanye’s closest friends, John Legend has now criticized ‘Ye for his moves. In an interview with French website Clique, Legend calls Kanye and Trump’s meeting a “publicity stunt” and says he’s very disappointed with Kanye’s support for a man like him. “I think the things he’s promised to do have been very concerning for a lot of people, and for Kanye to support that message is very disappointing,” said the singer.
