Post Malone continues to make headlines with his music, especially the double platinum hit ‘Rockstar’.
The 21 Savage-featured song has now broken the record for the longest running number 1 song on the Spotify Global Chart. It has been at the top spot for a whopping 108 days and running. In 2017, it spent eight consecutive weeks at number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, the longest stay atop the chart for a rap song in 2017.
‘Rockstar’ has amassed a total of 650+ million worldwide streams. It was recently revealed that Joey Badass was the ghostwriter behind the song, which was also originally set to feature T-Pain. His sophomore album Beerbongs & Bentleys is set to release later this year.
