Wale went quiet for a little while after the release of SHiNE which didn’t do too well commerically which eventually resulted in him and Atlantic Records parting ways. He returned with ‘All Star Breakup‘, then ‘Staying Power‘, then dropped a whole EP on us with most of the material revolving around relationships.
