Veteran New York radio personality Angie Martinez was involved in a severe accident over the weekend.
Angie took to her social media to reveal the news to her fans. She has suffered a fractured lumbar as well as a shattered vertebrae as a result of the incident. “I’ve always believed in angels and mine was with me the other morning. I was in a severe car accident and sustained a fractured lumbar and shattered vertebrae,” she wrote.

However, the legendary “Voice of New York” went on to say that she was in good spirits and is grateful that she has the opportunity to recover from the injuries. “I am in best spirits possible and determined to be back and better than ever soon! God bless and I deeply appreciate all love and prayers.”
