6ix9ine has not been too active with releasing music in the last year or so, but it looks like he’s looking to change that.
A few days ago, he revealed that he had shot a new video in Uganda. “UGANDA, AFRICA I LOVE YOU,” 6ix9ine wrote in the post’s caption. “I CANT WAIT TO EDIT THIS VIDEO. IM SO HAPPY I FLEW 22 HOURS JUST TO MAKE SURE YOU GUYS WERE IN THIS VIDEO. WAPAE MUSIC VIDEO HOPEFULLY THIS SATURDAY/SUNDAY.”
In the clip, the controversial rapper was seen handing out $100 bills to children and others, and it included a clip of a child being used as a human jump rope which he has featured in the final product as well. The song also features Angel Dior, Lenier, & Bulin 47 — watch the video below.
6ix9ine was assaulted at a Florida gym last month, and as a result, he needed to be transported to the hospital. The rapper sustained broken ribs and an eye injury during the attack. “I don’t need to get beat up to sell a record,” he told a local NBC affiliate in Florida. Three men, Anthony Maldonado, Octavious Medina and Rafael Medina Jr. were arrest on assault and robbery charges.
