The GRAMMYs fever is far from over, and in. fact, some artists even took the stage at the historic Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles to make the GRAMMY week memorable with fantastical performances.
Hosted by UnitedMasters, the Celebration of Independence event saw heavy weights like Clipse & Pharrell (who was a special guest at the event) perform in addition to BigXthaPlug & Caribbean dancehall artist Armanii. But this wasn’t all; also gracing the stage were BigXthaPlug’s own label artists, such as Ro$ama, Murdagang PB, KevanGotBandz & KaineMusic.
This was the third edition of the Celebration of Independence GRAMMY Party, which is an annual event that takes place with support from The Recording Academy. Of course, support from McDonaldâs, Visa and Hennessy only added to the experience.
Previously, artists such as Nas, DJ Khaled, Future, Beyonce and Jay-Z have graced the event. This one, however, was a particularly special one for BigXthaPlug, who received a slew of plaques celebrating remarkable achievements.
These include RIAA 2x Platinum awards for ‘Take Care’ & ‘All The Way’ featuring Bailey Zimmerman, alongside plaques for ‘I Hope Youâre Happy’ hitting #1 on the Apple Music US Hip-Hop Albums chart and crossing 1 billion streams in total.
