Last week, Scoop DeVille called in from a payphone at the Heathrow International Airport in London to Mark Johnston on Liverpool’s KCCLIVE 99.8 FM for an interview.
The two discussed about his father-rapper kid Frost, producing his album at the age of 16, how he started in the game, doing DJ gigs, his Scoopaloops projects, working on a new solo project, the impact of Snoop Dogg’s ‘I Wanna Rock’, Macklemore’s Grammy wins over Kendrick, upcoming collaborations with Wiz Khalifa, Tinie Tempah and producing the much awaited ‘Calm Down’ by Busta Rhymes & Eminem.
Scoop said ‘Calm Down’, which is expected to appear on Busta’s forthcoming ELE2 album will change the game and is his biggest song to date. We can’t wait to hear it.
