TMZ is reporting that Capo has been arrested in New Jersey after a policeman brought up a parking situation. Cops say the officer ran Jim’s name and noticed two warrants out for a car violation and for failure to remove snow from his sidewalk (which might be the least gangster thing I’ve ever heard). Regardless, let’s hope this gets resolved quickly.
