[Saturday Spotlight] – BreezePark, Goldin + A-1 Super Group

Another Saturday means another Saturday Spotlight from your friends at HHNM! If you’re looking for some fresh, raw talent in Hip-Hop then you’ve come to the right place. This week we highlight artists BreezePaark, Goldin and A-1 Super Group.

Remember: We take submissions for this series. Please see guidelines here.

BreezePark

Virginia collective BreezePark boasts an important co-sign from Pusha T and waste little to no time capitalizing off of that. Breezepark has dropped their new 12-track EP Strangers. Their choice of flows for each track, in addition to the way the supergroup goes back and forth with each other, will not only leave you impressed, but also wanting more. They make a statement with Strangers and have proven worthy of a listen below.

Goldin

Virginia is definitely doing their thing because our next pick Goldin is also from VA. His mixtape T.A.P.R. 2 (that stands for The Adventures Of Polo Rogers) was released a few months ago and today he’s released a new visual for ‘Grandma’s Hands,’ a track off of the aforementioned mixtape. For your introduction to Goldin, check out the ‘Grandma’s Hands’ video below, where everything from the instrumental, the effect on the visual and his clothing screams old school — a needed, refreshing change.

A-1 Super Group

Last up is a duo by the name of A-1 Super Group, who are repping the ATL to the fullest. This past Thursday, the ATLiens released their debut mixtape, which played on the name of their city, ATL: A Turnt Lituation. As you can probably tell from the title, a lot of the tracks on it are club-ready, which is no problem for us. If you’re ready to step it up a notch and party, listen to the tape below and click here to watch the video for ‘Who I Think I Am’ featuring Mike Jones, off of the aforementioned debut mixtape.
