As of yesterday, Bilal’s Another Life LP is officially in stores and today he delivers a visual for ‘Money Over Love’ featuring Kendrick Lamar. Although the video features neither artist, it is a great tale of a relationship which struggles due to financial problems. Here’s what Bilal himself had to say about it:
Where some may listen to it and think I’m saying money is more important than love, the video depicts a love story that is tainted by greed. Whether its justified or not, is for the people to decide.
