Two Men Found Guilty On All Counts In PnB Rock Murder Trial

Two men have been found guilty on all counts in the PnB Rock murder trial.

Earlier today, a jury took just a few hours to decide that Freddie Trone orchestrated the murder himself, sending his 17-year-old son in Roscoe’s to rob the late rapper. His son was deemed not competent to stand trial by a judge recently.

Rolling Stone reports that Trone was found guilty of felony murder, two counts of robbery and one count of conspiracy. Also guilty of two counts of robbery and one count of conspiracy is Tremont Jones, who prosecuters alleged was the one who tipped Trone off in the first place.

PnB Rock’s mother Deannea Allen told Rolling Stone that she was elated about the decision. “I wanted to jump up and scream, ‘Hallelujah.’ I’m so happy it was quick. We got justice for Rakim. I feel better knowing they’ll be in jail for a long time.”

Sentencing for both men will take place in just under three weeks on August 27th.
