Singer, songwriter and musician Jordy Asher aka Boots rose to fame with heavy contributions to Beyoncé’s latest self titled album where he co-produced or co-wrote almost every song. Last year, he was officially signed by Roc Nation and today, he releases a brand new song called ‘Dreams’ featuring Bey which is from his upcoming mixtape WinterSpringSummerFall.

After a brief hiatus, Avery Storm will be making a return with his new EP Autobiography on May 6, produced entirely by The Ceasars. He connects with Jadakiss on the lead single and video ‘Can’t Walk Away’, directed by Alex Acosta.
Consequence adds his contribution to De La Soul’s ‘Vocabulary Spills’ from their latest Smell The Da.I.S.Y. project produced by J. Dilla.
“Vocabulary Spills” is the lead off release from De La Soul’s “Smell The D.A.I.S.Y.” Project which features Plug 1,2 and 3 performances over sound beds constructed by the late J Dilla. Consequence and De La Soul have a storied history as affiliates through the “Native Tongues” and Cons was one of the 1st Artist to be featured on J Dilla’s production (See A Tribe Called Quest’s Beats,Rhymes and Life LP). This collaboration has been 10 years in the making and now it’s finally here.
Future’s sophomore album Honest is in stores now but you can expect more music from the ATL rapper this year. He stopped by Atlanta’s V-103 station earlier today to promote his CD and while there, explained why he put Future Hendrix project on hold and released Honest instead. Future said fans can look forward to another album in 2014.
