Jay-Z To Perform At 2009 MTV VMAs

Jay-Z, whose single ‘D.O.A.’ has been nominated for Best Hip-Hop Video and Best Male Video at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, will perform a track from his eagerly-awaited album, The Blueprint 3 at the live ceremony in New York City on September 12. Yay.
