Jay Electronica Eyeing September Release For ‘Act II’

Jay E is currently in London putting final touches to his much delayed and anticipated album Act II. DJ Semtex heard most of it already and says it’s crazy. In this brand new interview in the studio, at the 8:00 minute mark, Jay tells Semtex that he’s pushing for a September 19th release which is his birthday. I don’t believe it.
