Chris Brown likes to do the talking through music these days. Moments ago, he released a new song called ‘I Can’t Win’ which will not make his next album X. With the song, he has also announced the release date for the album — July 16th. Just because it’s not appearing on the album doesn’t mean it ain’t good enough. Check it out below.
