Kelly Rowland and The-Dream have announced a joint ‘Lights Out’ tour, which kick starts in Kansas City on May 24th. Both artists are good friends and have worked together on each others’ upcoming albums — Kelly Rowland’s Talk A Good Game and The-Dream’s IV Play. They will surely be using this medium to promote the projects.
