Earlier today, Village Voice posted a “stomach churning” story on R. Kelly, giving very detailed description of the sexual assault allegations by numerous minors on the singer.
The story is based on an interview with Jim DeRogatis, the former Chicago Sun-Times music journalist who first broke the story of sexual assault nearly 15 years ago. The detail of the alleged suffering of underage girls is quite graphic and became the topic of discussion on social media all through the day.
R. Kelly stopped by V-103 Atlanta radio station a little while ago and addressed the allegations (which have been found untrue by Court of law) in brief.
“Well, I feel like I got the football man, I’m running towards the touchdown and stopping and looking back, mess around, I’ll get tackled. When you get on top of anything, it’s very windy. It’s about holding your balance once you get up there…..you have to spiritually be a climber.”
