A couple of days ago, Pharrell Williams dropped by the Stern Studios to chop it up with Howard Stern.
During the 75 minute interview, Pharrell revealed for the first time that ‘Happy’ was originally recorded by Cee-Lo but his version was never released for reasons unknown to him. He also spoke on his failed interview with American Idol before he joined The Voice, how ‘I’m A Slave 4 U’ was originally written by him for Janet Jackson, success of his sophomore album G I R L, sleeping with 8 women at once, married life and more.
