Last week, The Social Experiment, Donnie Trumpet and Chance The Rapper surprised the hell out of fans when they released their highly anticipated album Surf on iTunes without any prior notice. More importantly, it was a free download.
Chance has today revealed the startling numbers the album generated in the first week on iTunes. The album was downloaded 618k times. If we’re talking individual tracks, the number stands at 10,198,708.
