The 2016 GRAMMYs will take place February 15th, 2016 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and today, the much awaited nominations list is here. Kendrick Lamar leads the pack with a total of 11 nominations.
Toronto star The Weeknd is a top contender for the awards, earning nods for “Record of The Year’ for ‘Can’t Feel My Face’ as well as “Album Of The Year” for Beauty Behind the Madness. Kendrick makes a huge mark as well, who is up there for “Album Of The Year” for his critically acclaimed album To Pimp a Butterfly. His song ‘Alright’ has also been nominated for “Song Of The Year”.
Remember that only the music that was released between October 1, 2014, and September 30, 2015, is eligible for the nominations for the 58th edition of GRAMMYs. Peep the full list below.
