Drake is currently involved in a tiff with Joe Budden and now that he’s finally reacted to the latter’s disses, the scenario has become interesting.
Drake’s latest album Views continues to dominate the charts even months after its release. It recently spent its 10th week on the number 1 position, making him the only solo male artist to do so since Billy Ray Cyrus in 1992.
Apart from the EP with Gucci Mane that’s in the works according to producer Zaytoven, Drake is also working on a new mixtape it seems. Last night during his Summer Sixteen tour stop in Kansas City, Drizzy broke the news to the live audience at the end of his set.
“I want you to protect yourselves and each other. When I go and work on this new mixtape and come back to Kansas City and I drop that sh*t, I wanna see everybody in this motherf*cker boy!”
Was he referring to the Gucci Mane EP or whole another project? We’d have to wait and see. Watch a fan-captured video below.
