Joey Badass has definitely avoided the sophomore jinx with his new album ALL-AMERIKKKAN BADA$$ which we profiled in detail last evening. But the album doesn’t seem to be doing great on the numbers front.
HDD reports that AABA is projected to move 31-34k copies in the first week including streaming numbers. In pure sales, it is expected to do about 24-27k. The talented rapper from Brooklyn will be fighting for the Top 10 spot on the Billboard 200 with those figures. In comparison, his debut album B4.Da.$$ released in 2015 sold 54k in the first week so it’s a big decline from his last outing.
