As we all know by now, J. Cole’s track ‘Neighbors’ from his latest album 4 Your Eyez Only was inspired by a real life incident when one of Jermaine’s neighbors told the police that they were illegally growing weed and selling drugs out of the house.
It was later confirmed when Cole actually shared the footage of the SWAT team raiding The Sheltuh, the studio in North Carolina where Cole recorded his latest project and used to spend most of his time, in the HBO documentary aired last month. The Platinum selling rapper has now also released that footage as a short music video for the song, which serves as the latest single from the album.
