Jay-Z & Jaz-O Reunite At Chicago ‘4:44’ Tour Stop

2017 has seen some crazy moments, the latest being Mase and Cam’ron publicly beefing after knowing each other for more than 30 years.

But this might be something that will have Rap fans in a tizzy as well. Earlier tonight at the 4:44 tour stop in Chicago, Jay-Z and Jaz-O seemed to have reunited after years of feuding and tension.

Just in case you are unaware, it was Jaz-O who helped introduce Jay-Z to the music world through initial songs like ‘The Originators‘ and Jaz’ hit ‘Hawaiian Sophie‘ released in 1999. Shortly after, Jay-Z started to gain traction and even featured Jaz on his own song ‘N*gga What, N*gga Who (Originator 99)’. But when the Roc-A-Fella deal came to the table, Jaz was unhappy with the lack of role he was being given and the money being offered. There were also rumors that Jaz was the one who handed essential information to Nas about Jay at the height of their beef.

The two have never been cool with each other since then, although Hov has mentioned a few times in interviews that he would not have been here without Jaz’ initial push. Earlier tonight, the two posed together for a picture which was shared by Jay’s close friend Vegas Jones. Also pictured is producer No I.D. This is the first time the two have been pictured together in recent memory and is indeed a great moment for Hip-Hop.
