The Black Eyed Peas Stop by Breakfast Club: Promise A Conscious New Album

The Black Eyed Peas are back after almost an eight year hiatus with a new single ‘Street Livin‘ which is really a great effort from the group.

The trio of will.i.am, apl.de.ap, and Taboo stopped by The Breakfast Club this morning to chat with Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee and DJ Envy. They spoke on the content of the single and revealed that the new album Masters of The Sun will be based on similar lines as they were not in a mood to make commercial records this time around.

They also discussed Trump’s immigration laws, why the prison system is so messed up, Taboo beating cancer, why athletes are more vocal than musicians, some of the great young artists out there today, and more. Watch the full interview below.
