Quavo and Nicki Minaj’s collaboration ‘For Keeps’ had been buzzing months before it finally released in December. It was earlier rumored to be a single off Nicki’s forthcoming new album but ended up being just one of the dozens songs on Quality Control’s Control The Streets compilation album.
Nicki’s contributions to others’ songs have been quite triumphant in recent months but this particular song isn’t really a fan favorite. At least not yet. But the duo is going ahead with the music video regardless. Maybe this will give the song a boost.
