The Migos did not have a great night at the GRAMMYs as they could not win either “Best Rap Performance” or “Best Rap Album” awards that they were nominated for at the ceremony. And their night got worse when their leader, Quavo got involved in a brawl at a nightclub.
TMZ reports that Quavo allegedly got into a brawl at the popular 1 Oak nightclub in New York City after the GRAMMYs around 4.30 am. Eric the Jeweler who has designed jewelry pieces for artists like Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, French Montana, reported the incident to NYPD on Tuesday. The incident happened after the two sides had an argument over some money that Migos owed to Eric.
Eric told authorities that Quavo and another man who was partying with the group jumped Eric after the argument got physical. The other person was apparently not Offset or Takeoff. When Eric escaped the scene with minor injuries, he found his $30,000 worth chain missing. Cops are investigating the matter.
