Bun B is celebrating Bun B day with a new EP of the same name.
Mayor Annise Parker presented the Underground King with his own proclamation at City Hall back in 2011 and since then, August 30th is known as Bun B day in his hometown of Houston. This time, he’s hosting the first Bun B Day weekend with a brunch, a rolling skating party and special performances to spotlight mental health awareness.
The 5 song project features guest appearances from Yella Beezy, Mazo Kream, Young Dolph and more. Stream it below. The Bun B Day EP is the UGK rapper’s follow-up to TrillStatik, a collaborative LP with Statik Selektah that dropped in April.
