Kodak Black Pleads Guilty To Gun Charge, Faces 2-7 Years In Prison

Back in November, Kodak Black was sentenced to serve 46 months in prison by a Miami court in his federal weapons case. Today, there’s even more bad news.

WKBW reports that earlier today in a Niagara County court, Kodak Black pleaded guilty to attempted second degree criminal possession of a weapon. He is currently facing 2-7 years in prison, concurrent with his current sentence. This means for example that if he’s sentenced to 5 years, the 4 that he is currently serving would count as part of it.

As of now, he is set to be out of prison in late 2022 but the rapper will be sentenced on March 24th. Check back the for an update.
