Rashida Briana understands the crooks and crannies of love. On her new single, “Baby You,” she’s on cloud nine and she wants to voice it in the highest planes. She’s passionate and raw. Her vocals are fierce enough to pierce hearts. In a slow-tempo groove, Rashida harmonizes in perfect sync with the slow claps. The Chicago-born singer’s love letter is a poignant and heartfelt debut. Trebouncee
Trebouncee’s raps are meant to throw you off balance. He’s sharp, but his punchlines are delivered like blunt force to the skull. He’s lethal on the mic. His latest single, “Senzu Bean,” is a nod to Dragonball Z’s healing bean. Over a grizzly trap beat, Trebouncee sports a rapid-fire delivery that’s gleaming with confidence and technical mastery.
