Pusha T is the latest guest on the Drink Champs podcast. Among other things, of course the hosts asked the rapper about his past beef with Drake.
When asked about the status of the beef, Push said that he’s done but he is in no mood to reach out specially to the Toronto superstar to have a conversation. “I don’t want it, I’m cool without it,” he said. When N.O.R.E. suggested that he went too far with his Drake diss ‘The Story of Adidon’, Pusha replied: “I don’t care. There is no too far! I don’t play like that, that’s why you don’t play with me… Leave me alone. Because there is no too far.”
Later on in the conversation, the G.O.O.D. Music rapper revealed that he’s banned from entering Canada. It’s not because of his beef with Drizzy but as a result of his 2018 show in Toronto where a brawl broke out on stage. “I’m banned from Canada. I can’t get back over there, I ain’t allowed to go back over there,” he said.
“I went to my show, it was rowdy people at the show,” said Push, adding that he had not even performed the Drake diss song yet at the show. “I didn’t even get to. It got rowdy and I got on my way.”
Pusha said he doesn’t have a problem with Kanye West making peace with Drake but said that the two don’t even make good music together. “Nah I don’t even think they make good music together,” Push said. “That’s the wildest part, there’s not even a hot record.” N.O.R.E. then suggested ‘Glow from More Life, to which Pusha replied, “What?”
