Kanye West Reportedly Wanted To Name Album ‘Hitler’, Would Talk About Admiring Him

To say that Kanye West’s tweets about going “death con 3′ on Jewish people landed him in hot water would be a criminal understatement. That tweet, combined with other antisemitic comments and a complete lack of remorse for them or people’s reactions to them, the rapper has been dropped by multiple brands, including Adidas, which lost the rapper his status as a billionaire.

In the midst of the antisemitic criticism of Ye, Van Lathan came out on his podcast and said that he wasn’t surprised by the rapper’s language because he’d heard that talk from him before. He claimed that at TMZ, Ye said that he loves Hitler and Nazis, but it was edited out of the final video released to the public. Watch Van talk about it here.

The response to that was surprising. While many were outraged, many felt like it wasn’t his place to say or outright accused him of lying about it, claiming TMZ wouldn’t have edited something like that out.

This afternoon, CNN reports something which might just make you believe that claim.

Sources tell CNN that in 2018, the Chicago rapper wanted to name his Ye album “Hitler”. You might have already seen this rumour online, but now it seems to be confirmed. To make things worse, the source – a business executive who formerly worked with Ye – said that he would praise Hitler.

“He would praise Hitler by saying how incredible it was that he was able to accumulate so much power and would talk about all the great things he and the Nazi Party achieved for the German people” the source told CNN. He went on to say that Kanye talked about reading Mein Kampf and would express his admiration for him. Importantly, he also says that West’s inner circle has been fully aware of this.

The executive left his position and after accusing the rapper and his companies over harrassment, settled with him. They have chosen to go unnamed.
