Tekashi 6ix9ine hasn’t been too active with music, especially in the English language category but looks like he’s looking to make a return soon.
The controversial rapper took to Instagram on Saturday and previewed a brand new song from the studio while smoking and drinking. “YA MUST FORGOT WHO RUN THIS RAP GAME IN ENGLISH? I just got to be number 1 in BOTH LANGUAGES. Let me show you this Friday what ya was missing,” he wrote in the caption, hinting that the new song drops July 21st.
Although he didn’t tag or mention Tory Lanez, you can clearly hear the Canadian singer/rapper on the hook of the track. You can watch the preview below.
The two artists previously collaborated on 6ix9ine’s ‘Kika‘ track four years ago and have maintained a good friendship throughout the snitching allegations on 69. The latter even made an appearance on Tory’s Quarantine Radio show on Instagram after his release from prison.
