Marsha Ambrosius & Dr. Dre Finally Release New Album ‘CASABLANCO’ — Stream

It was back in December of 2021 when Dr. Dre posted a picture of himself and an orchestra on Instagram, announcing that he had just finished recording an album with Marsha Ambrosius, saying that it was some of his best work and that he had a blast.

Perhaps it shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone that the album took so long to come out with Dre’s name attached, but here we are finally in June of 2024 and CASABLANCO, the singer’s fourth studio album, is finally out. It’s 11 tracks long and you can listen to it in its entirety below on TIDAL, Apple Music or Spotify.

The press release release mentions that the duo initially set out to record a Jazz album together but it ended up being much more than that. “Dr. Dre dared me to dream bigger and aim higher,” says Marsha. “CASABLANCO took on a life of its own once we grasped the concept. The ideas just kept coming, and everyone was on the same page at the same time.”
