Ciara’s 4th studio album Basic Instinct has suffered another push back. The album which was originally planned for a August 17th release has been now shifted to October 5th. ‘Ride’ has slowly made its way to the top 5 of Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart while there is still no official confirmation if ‘Gimme That’ is the follow up single.
