In an interesting development, Dr. Dre’s company Beats Electronics LLC has been hit with a lawsuit by Signeo USA, the owner and distributor of Ludacris’ line of headphones Soul. The suit was filed on June 2nd in The United States District Court for the Northern District of California which also names Monster Cable as a defendant. Details are scarce at the moment but a copy of the Summons has been obtained by All Hip Hop which you can check out after the jump.
