Beastie Boys rapper, musician and video director Adam Yauch aka MCA has passed away after a long battle with cancer. He was 47. The Beastie Boys were recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame but Adam had missed the ceremony. The legendary group have 6 multi platinum albums but are remembered the most for their 1986 breakthrough debut Licensed To Ill which is certified 9x platinum in the US and was a major factor in taking Hip-Hop to the rest of the world.
