Kanye West has been announced as the headlining act at the first ever UR1 music festival which will take place during Art Basel Miami Beach art show in Miami. Other acts include The Offspring, Keane, rock icon Lou Reed, FUN., DJ/Producers Erick Morillo and Bob Sinclar who will take the stage at Bayfront Park & Amphitheater on December 8th & 9th.
