Jay Sean has taken a lot of time to put together his 2nd album (in the US) which was also due to a lawsuit that he was fighting which sought to prohibit any release of music from him. Jay says it has been finally set aside and the album is finished. He also reveals that the title has been swtched from Worth It All to Neon and tells Rap-Up what to expect from it.
