The anticipated Drake film Homecoming: The Lost Footage will be hitting theaters in the U.S. March 19th. The film is based on his sold out live concert filmed at Toronto’s Sound Academy in 2009 just prior to him signing with Lil Wayne’s label Young Money. Till now, it was believed to be lost or destroyed but thankfully, was rediscovered recently and turned into a movie. The film will also include interviews with Jas Prince who was responsible for introducing Drizzy’s music to Lil Wayne.
Today, HHNM debuts an exclusive clip from the film where Jas Prince talks about his very first interaction with Drake which happened over a private conversation on MySpace. It’s crazy how things work out sometimes. Watch the clip below and purchase tickets to the film here.
