Drake and French Montana have created two hits in the past with ‘Pop That’ and ‘Stay Schemin’ but a third one may well be on its way.
The two hit the studio together recently while Drizzy was in New York for taping of Saturday Night Live, a photo of which was shared by Spiff TV.
French even shared a snippet of their collaboration from the studio and Drake’s verse on the song seems to be starting with the words “pump it Up” which could very well be a reference to Joe Budden’s 2003 hit of the same name.
Joe, while claiming to be a huge Drake fan, recently criticized his Views album on his I’ll Name This Podcast Later podcast. He said that Drake sounded uninspired on the album and that while producer 40 “continues to progress,” Drake does not.
Will Drizzy take this personal and go after Joey? This could end up interesting.
Oh, and Drake also shared some dance moves in the studio:
