New Music: Black Eyed Peas – ‘Where Is The Love (2016 Version)’ (Feat. Various Artists)

The Black Eyed Peas impacted the world in a big way with their song ‘Where Is The Love?‘ back in 2003 which came at a time when the world was suffering from political and social atrocities.

It’s 2016 but the question is probably more relevant now than ever. The Peas have now joined forces with the who’s who of the music world to recreate the iconic song. Those helping the song are Diddy, Mary J. Blige, Jamie Foxx, Nicole Scherzinger, The Game, Jessie J, Andra Day, Tori Kelly, Ty Dolla $ign, Usher, DJ Khaled, A$AP Rocky, Jaden Smith, and Justin Timberlake who was also featured on the original.

“I remember when the attack in Paris happened,” will.i.am said in a video posted a few days ago (watch here). “People would say ‘We need ‘Where is the Love’ again.’ And then Belgium happened, and then Turkey, and then Orlando, and then Philando, and Alton before him, and then Dallas. Everyone was calling on us, like, ‘We need that song.’”

And here it is. 13 years later, head below to listen to the 2016 version of ‘Where Is The Love’ featuring The World. Buy it on iTunes here because proceeds from the sales will support various charities around the world. This is the group’s first new release since their “comeback” song ‘Yesterday‘ back in July.
