2017 is coming to an end and we still haven’t got our hands over Cruel Winter or the renewed G.O.O.D. Friday series from Kanye and company. But could that change now?
Fans have noted that a “G.O.O.D. Music” account has been created on Soundcloud under a Pro account (see screenshot below) but there is no music posted on it yet. While it’s difficult to say if it’s an official account, the URL of the profile (/goodmusic) suggests that there are high chances it isn’t a fan made or fake one.

We did some digging on Sondcloud’s rules for their profile handles which makes it clear that it really is nearly impossible for a random person to get a profile name like soundcloud.com/goodmusic. The company says that “if the URL you want has already been claimed, you will need to select a different one.” They also add guidelines on URLs which are already taken by impersonation of violating a trademark: “if you believe your desired Profile URL is in use by somebody impersonating you, you can report it here. If you own the live registered trademark to this name, you can find out more about what you can do here.”

This development surely has the fans hyped. Back in August, there were strong reports that Kanye and Kid Cudi had been working on a secret joint album in Japan. Director Coodie was along with Kanye, Cudi and artist Takashi Murakami in Japan when he teased on his Instagram that something will be released on December 31st. If they do drop something, it will set the internet on fire.
